Yes, we do have more products available than what is shown on the
web site. We try to put more products on the site on a consistent
basis. We add new items to our web site monthly to give you, our customer
the best selection in new and popular Nativity Set products. If you

Do you accept
personal checks?
Yes, but please remember. We will ship out you items only after
you check clears the bank. Normally, the check will take 10 business
days to clear. We would however suggest that you either use a certified
check or money order if you need a quicker delivery. We do accept
the four major credit cards. American Express, Discover, Visa and
MasterCard.
What if I
receive an item that is broken in the delivery process?
Please notify our customer service department by either Emailing
us by clicking
here or, call them at: 1.877.851.3300
and they will arrange for the pickup of the broken piece and send
you a new item in it's place.
Can we return
products for a refund or, make exchanges?
Yes, you may return items back to us that have been purchased from
us. You must have an authorization from us before you can return
an item. Please click
here to return or exchange your item(s). There is a
10 % restocking fee for straight returns but if your are exchanging
for a different item, the restocking fee is waived.
Returns must be made within 30
days of our shipment date.
Pricing
We try to maintain correct pricing but in cases of mis-typed words,
and or prices by our webmaster, if an error is made and a product
is listed at an incorrect price, NativitySetStore.com shall maintain
the right to refund or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.
If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card,
NativitySetStore.com shall immediately issue a credit in the amount
of the incorrect price. We reserve the right to limit quantities
on promotion products.
